--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Hazy pale golden, rich head. Generous pineapple aroma. Mid sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Pineapple and nectarine meets spruce tips and perfume. Low bitterness.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, nectary with some mild sweet malt tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, nectary, some mild spruce and oaty tones with a bit of sweetness.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a pale yellow with a slight haze and a white head. Faint, dry Mosaic cat pee aroma. Light body, very dry fruitiness and a subtle hint of Mosaic. Dry finish with little bitterness. Fine and quenching, but need more hops fir both aroma and flavor. 030523

[ As BLAS S:1 Single Hop American Pale Ale - Mosaic ].
ABV: 5.5%. Looks light light cloudy, a light to medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, grass, fruity hops, citrus, grapefruit, stone fruit, peach. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, wheat, stone fruit, citrus - grapefruit, peach, medium dry, balanced - easy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230427]

Bottle @ tasting at BLAS. Pours hazy bright yellow with medium white head. Aroma is intense mosaic hops with intense lemon, grapefruit, spruce, pine and hints of grass. Taste is medium sweet, medium bitter and light acidic. Body is light oily with medium carbonation. Finish is long and juicy with notes of lemon, grapefruit, orange, spruce and faint hints of rubber.
