--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Almost clear pale golden, mid sized firm head. Grassy, mildly floral nose. Dryish with light to medium body and clean mouthfeel. Lightly minerally with some grass and bread. Resinous mid bitter finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some caramel, wood and nectar with herbal and grassy tones too. Flavour is herbal, grassy, some and mild bitter tones.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a small, rough, white head. Nose has floral hops, sulphur and malt. Medium body, sweet maltiness with subdued bittering hops. Quite pilsner like. 090523

[ As BLAS N:1 Kölsch-style ale brewed with Hallertauer Hersbrucker hops. ].
ABV: 5.5%. ✅ Clear light to medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, wheat, herbs, grass, herbal - floral. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration, wheat, herbs, sweet malt, pale malt, herbs - grass, herbal - floral. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20230427]
