Bottle from Meny Oslo City, Norway. A very golden colour with a fine white head that quick dissapear. Mild caramel aroma with some grape. Very fruity flavour with a fine subtle grape coming through. A fine mild wheat background. Nice.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate bitter nice citrus aroma. Moderate bitter powerfull grape flavor. Moderate bitter slightly sour/astringent finish. Oily palate. Nice fruit beer.

Clear amber color, small head. I love grapefruitsmell and -taste so I had high hopes but unfortunately that didnโt come true: faint smell, weak taste. Not enough -if any- real grapefruit flavour coming through.

Whole Foods Market, DC 500ml ($5): Pours a blonde ale like color with a blonde ale like head. Smells of some citrus, a bit of hops, and some bread. Tastes like a bitter blonde ale, which is a good thing. It barely even tastes of fruit beer, but is more focused in the direction of a blonde ale. The frutiness, especially the bitterness of the grapefruit, does a good job of accentuating the hop character. Good and easy drinking.

06/05 A 0.5l bottle shared with Marko. It poured darker orange body with medium sized head. Weak aroma of some fine biscuit malt and orange hops. Bitterish grass and orange hop and occasional bread malt make its thinner body. Medium bitterish finish, nothing much here. A bit boring but not so bad.
