Bottle. Black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is liquorice, some smoke and mild chocolate syrupy tones. Flavour is liquorice, chocolate syrup with some mild dried fruits and mild brandy tones. Sweet chocolate, liquorice and some mild alcohol tones to it.

50cl Bottle. Pours mega Black with a small beige head and lacings. Sweet and vinous. Licorice, bourbon, vanilla. Treacle and maple. Quite slick and syrupy. I tend to like Them more roasted and less Sweet. Warming sipper.

--Bottled. -- Black, small head. Oaky syrupy nose with lots of caramel and licorice. Very sweet with full body and sticky, rounded mouthfeel. Brandy, lots of syrup, treacle and licorice. Warming finish.

ABV: 13.0%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, wood - barrel, woody, apple - brandy, moderate chocolate and coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, dried fruit, dark fruit, dark malt, wood - barrel, roasted, chocolate - coffee, raisin, bourbon - barrel - vanilla - apple - brandy. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20230414]

Svart med beige skum. Lukter alkohol, røstet malt. Kaffe, cognac og noe trevirke i smak. God men noe skarp. Vil tro denne blir bedre av noe mer lagring.
