Bottle 50 cl. Cloudy, opaque amber with a small, creamy, beige head. Nose has a hint of crystal malts but a strong lactic tartness dominates. Medium body, slightly sweet caramel and fruitiness, but again the lactic tartness is most prominent. No real trace of any hop bitterness. Clearly and sadly infected. 220623

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is floral, some caramel, mild diacetyl with some dried fruity sweetness. Flavour is floral, fruity, some diacetyl and quite a bunch of berries. Yeast doing some strange things?

--Sample, thanks fonefan! --Clear deep amber, mid sized head. Buttery nose with some caramel. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Butterscotch and caramel. Mildly piney finish.

ABV: 5.7%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, light to moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, anis seed touch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity hops, fruity mat, pale malt, hay - straw, fruity yeast - fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
