--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear copper colour, firm mid sized head. Nutty caramel aroma. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel, leafs and floral hay, some brown sugar. Mid bitter finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Copper colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is metallic, some sweet dried fruity tones with a bit of wood and caramel as well. Flavour is fruity, some mild spicy and wooden tones with mild earth and some dried fruits to it.

[ As Braunstein Christmas Ale ].
ABV: 5.7%. Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, sweet malt, malty, nutty touch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, toasted, nutty, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230306]
