This traditional Czech Style Pilsner is soft, light, and refreshing. Saaz hops provide most of the aroma with grassy and floral notes and just a hint of pepperiness. This beer is soft and light on the palette with a clean and slightly dry finish. Pilsner malt lends a cracker-like flavor that is kept in balance with just a hint of bitterness and the grassy, peppery character of Saaz hops.

Pours clear light golden with a small white head, light lacing. Dough, grains, zesty, yeasty.

Lemon, biscuit malt, and grass aroma. Pale yellow with moderate head. Mildly sweet lemon, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter grass and quinine flavor. Good body.

Can from Publix, Martinez. Nice to see this is actually a local beer, not from Savannah. A really well made Czech pilsner that tasted as it should!

Pours clear golden color with white head. Aromas of grass and cereal. Light grassy flavor with some cereal malt. Light to medium body with lively carbonation.
