Drucken på fat på Bishops Arms, Gustaf, Malmö. Massor av saftiga svarta vinbär gifter sig mycket fint med lambicen. Mycket gott och en av de bästa i serie#2.

2021 edition. Pours dark redamber, smell is full, oaky, lambic funk. Raw. less pronounced fruits. Taste is full, intense funk, oak (tad buttery) . Very decent, to my surprise.

Draught Very even, dense pale pink head over fully cloudy terra cotta beer. Delicate fruit aromas, maybe red berry. I'd guess strawberry rather than cassis - which usually is quite specific in aroma. Again a very sour one, lactic acid and fruitacids. Various fruitflavours, strawberry, pineapple, berries. Ultra tart, acidthinning and -burn. Feels reasonably carbonated. As the Myrtille, quite sharp and the fruitflavour is not really outspoken let alone specific. Even stranger, almost no trace of typical lambic features.

Cloudy bright red beer, small to no head, non adhesive. Aroma: bit fruity, sour berries, funky, dry, nice brett notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very dry start, pretty bitter, quite some tannins, berries, blackcurrant bitterness, nice funkiness, lovely acidity. Aftertaste: dry finish, fruity, good stuff, berries, more bitter blackcurrants, dry, lovely stuff!

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day two, 09/09/2017. A pink, plum red coloured pour with a fine light pink head. Aroma is big dungy, cherry, horsey funk, berries. Flavour is composed of tart cherry, blackberries berries, crisp dried berries, spicy farmyard funk. Palate is funky, highish carbonation, uber drying finish. Really good.

07-12-19 // 125ml from tap shared with at Moeder Lambic Fontainas at the Tilquin Fruit Extravaganza Event #2. Deep red. Small white lacing. Good fruity nose. Intense cassis. A bit sweet fruity but also very sour. And tart.

0,15l taster at BXLBeerfest. dark redish cloudy color, small white head. smells earthy, bit herbal, currant notes, light rhubarb, grassy, peppery. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, grassy, earthy, peppery, light berry notes, peppery. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of berries, citrus and some notes of spices. smell was not super exciting but taste is very nice. 7, 4, 8, 4, 16

0,15l from tap at Arrogant Sour Festival. very red cloudy color, almost no head. smells earthy, musty, leathery, almost smokey, berry notes, some manure, some currant notes. nice to very nice smell. full body, light carbonation, slick moutfeel. tastes musty, manure, earthy, peppery, citric, lactic, some grass, some light berry notes. finishes quite dry and medium sour with musty notes, citrus and some lactic notes. very nice one, fruit is not super present (almost more on the smell than the taste), but overall very good one 8, 4, 8, 4, 16

Sampled @ BXL Beerfest 2018. A hazy purple reddish pink beer with a small purple head. Aroma of tart red berries, beetroot, ginger, lactic fruits, nice.
