Tap at Muted Horn. Darkest red/purple, pink/lilac cream. Tart Brett nose- leather, barn, elderberry sweetness. Medium light tart body, lightly puckering. Tart berry skin, leather tobacco. Very dry finish. Opens up to more fruitiness after a little while. Your mother was a lambic and your father smelled of elderberries!

(Keg at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, 20220621) The beer poured deep ruby red and clear. Its head was small and pink. Aroma had berries, wood and tartness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, wood, berries, sourness and bitterness. Aftertaste had tartness, berries and bitterness. A tasty and complex tart brew with clear berry notes.

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza, 2017 - London. Pours clear red with a creamy, white head. Good funk to it, nice tart berry character, a little Band-Aid. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry and tart to finish, some plucky berries. Quite nice.

2021 edition . pours intensely darkened, yet clear purplered. Small white head. Scent is full, raw, herbal berry. Taste is sharp, tart, lactic acid, dry. Honestly the fruit's don't btoher me nearly as much as I expected they would ( didn't love elderberry in beers I had before) . More actual fruityness, less herbal notes. Not my favorite, still, and not the most complex sours in the lambic base (mostly lactic acid) , but it's still enjoyable, for sure !
