Tap at Muted Horn. Darkest red/purple, pink/lilac cream. Tart Brett nose- leather, barn, elderberry sweetness. Medium light tart body, lightly puckering. Tart berry skin, leather tobacco. Very dry finish. Opens up to more fruitiness after a little while. Your mother was a lambic and your father smelled of elderberries!

2021 edition . pours intensely darkened, yet clear purplered. Small white head. Scent is full, raw, herbal berry. Taste is sharp, tart, lactic acid, dry. Honestly the fruit's don't btoher me nearly as much as I expected they would ( didn't love elderberry in beers I had before) . More actual fruityness, less herbal notes. Not my favorite, still, and not the most complex sours in the lambic base (mostly lactic acid) , but it's still enjoyable, for sure !
