Clear deep ruby red to purple beer, creamy pink to violet head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity notes, a bit smelly, some sulphur notes, elderberry syrup, jam, cooked fruits, little oxidized. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sour start, bit watery, bitter, some tannins, elderberries, very acidic, lemony, acidity is burning on the tongue. Aftertaste: dry, rather bitter, very sharp acidity.
