Beaverfest. Day 1. Keg. Light haze on this cherry red beer, no head. Palate is light, dry and reasonable fine minerally. Modest tangy brett. Good but thin cherry and cherry skins.Finishes modestly bitter. Fine.

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. It pours deep purple with a small pink head. The aroma is earthy, musty, dirty, leather, barnyard, hay, slurry, sherbet and dark sweet berry. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, sour, elderberry, black grapes, sherbet, tangy, decent acidic hit, wood and berry skin with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty filthy, but also pretty delicious.

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, Day Juan, 08/09/17. Rich red with a decent off white cap. Nose is funk, diaper notes, soured berry fruit, wood must. Taste comprises pissy lemon tang, damp hay, barnyard, grape must, balsa wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a sharp berry fruited climax. Decent.

Color rojizo intenso, aromas herbales y frutales el sabor es agrio notas frutales cuerpo medio.

Møtk rød med rosa lavt skum. Lukter sure bær og trevirke. Sur. Bær, eple, jord. Middels lang. (Beavex17)

@ BXLfest 2017. Pourpre, col fin rosé retombant rapidement. Arôme offre un bouquet fruité/baies avec qcq pointes fleuries, le tout garde un bouquet plaisant de lambic, boisé modéré, funk, pointe citrique. Palais présente une petite acidité plus relevée avec un petit fini collant aux lèvres, le tout est relativement sec tout en gardant l'effet funk de lambic, funk, cuir fine note de cave fraiche. Le caractère du sureau est très bien marqué, difficile à décrire tout ayant un léger retrait de la fleur de sureau - d'ailleurs une bonne comparaison à faire.

Thnx kevin ! From bxl beerfest. Pours really deep and dark red, smell is really full on fruit. Bit dry . Taste is full, very dry, full on fruit. Intense acidity. Very fleshy fruits. Nice.

Tap at BeavEx 2017, London. Colour is cloudy deep red with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Berries, red berries, some tartness, some lactoce and some bereis, Very fresh berries and that's why this one is pretty good.
