Draft at Barrel + Beam. Pours a hazy straw gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Lovely notes of lemon, mineral and pils malt. Crushable on the palate, nice carbonation and a drying finish with notes of mineral. Very good.

Keg at the brewery, 5/28/23. Clear gold, medium off-white head, average retention. Aroma of bready malt, floral, white grape, oak. Taste is oak, pepper, pear, white grape. Delicate, well balanced. Not really that tart. Nice.

Clear, effervescent straw body, thick but quickly dissipating off-white head. Aroma tart with clove, banana, and other esters. Body tart, mostly pear and white grape, with floral notes and very light oak. Beautiful.
