Aspetto più simile ad un succo di frutta che ad una birra vera e propria , schiuma bianca e persistente e una bomba di frutta tropicale che si fa subito sentire al naso! Queste sono le caratteristiche di una delle collaborazioni a sei mani più importanti che abbiamo fatto negli ultimi anni, Gli amici svedesi di “0/0” e “Stigbergets” due tra i migliori birrifici della scena europea ci hanno guidati nel mondo delle birre “Hazy” ed è subito diventata un classico.

330ml bottle. Hazy, orange, golden colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Zesty, citrusy fruity and tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of mango, mandarine, orange, lemon, hints of woody pineapple. Taste is sweet-ish, oaty malty, juicy, tropical and citrusy fruity, slightly piney hoppy, notes of mango, mandarine, orange, some lemon, grapefruit, pineapple, some hop bitterness as well, mild zesty aspects, weak leafy interludes; more wheaty than oaty malty in the finish, a subtle banana touch. Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Very fine composition, sweet-ish, juicy, creamy, dangerously drinkable - superb!

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy yellow gold, with fine white foam. Aroma is intensely hoppy, with piney and herbaceous. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, with a good lunch of fruity sweetness, a little tart. Final is average.

on tap arancio torbida discreta schiuma non molto persistente resinosa agrume vellutata in bocca abbastanza amara frutta tropicale alcol mediamente nascosto finale piuttosto lungo ma un po pungente

Bottle thanks daniele, consumed right away in Serbia. My rating can’t agree more with Mortlach. A great brew. Yellow cloudy hay color with a medium regular white foam. Nose is a blast of tropical with mango dominating and much papaya. Mouth is generously fruity, tropical, a bit grassy.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Pesca giallona, torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di frutta tropicale, leggero erbaceo. In bocca è maltata all'attacco, fruttata, con amaro finale medio. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Ottima.
