A grist of Pilsner Malt, Torrified Oats and Spelt Flakes make for a very interesting mouthfeel on this NE style pale. Dry Hopped at 10g/L with El Dorado, Citra and Idaho 7 with a sprinkle of Summit in the boil and Citra in the Whirlpool. Light, tropical and juicy.

Flight at taproom, hazy golden beer, small head. Aroma is malt, sweet, fruit, aroma is malt, sweet, fruit, hops. Taste is bitter, malt, citrus, hops, light yeasty aftertaste. Nice
