This is a kettle sour using Wildbrew Sour Pitch. We added a lot of blackcurrant and gooseberry too. It's sour and fruity and purple-ish.

Flight at taproom, red, pink, raspberry colour, small head. Aroma is tart, fruit, berries. Taste is the same, tart, berries, lactic acid? Nice
