Best until 7/04. Orange brown color, cloudy. Swing top bottle. Caramel and orange in the aroma, with sherry added. The beer has oxidated a bit, but strangely enough, it suits the beer. Porto, sherry, grand marnier, mandarin. Sweet with a hint of coffee. The alcohol is well hidden.

Pour is a murky brown with a small tan head. Aroma is of black bread and a nice yeast. Flavor is even better with more dark bread with some clove and vanilla. Finish has some roasted nuts with a bit of toffee. Decent but like all of these import beers I’m sure having this at the peak of freshness would do it wonders.

Ausbalancierter Weizenbock, facettenreich. Gefällt! 8/9/10/12/10/11

Bottle thanks to blutt59. Pours with a hazy brown body and a tan head. Aroma of oatmeal raisin cookies, doughy with light apple. Taste is molasses, raisins and caramel. Light bubbles. Very nice!

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy dark amber golden with a dense and creamy beige head leaving laces. Sweet overripe fruit in the nose. Quite full-bodied, oxidized nutty accents and overripe fruit. No bitterness but distinct alcohol in the finish. Appears slightly over the top. 100709

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a light tan head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, wheat, cardboard, and metal. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, caramel, bread, malt, cardboard, and citrus, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

500 ml. bottle from Liquid Solutions. Ripe apricot flesh color with a 3-finger beige head. Aroma is primarily banana. Body is medium with frothy carbonation. Flavor is banana with caramel, and, I think, noble hop. Finish is Bavarian hefeweizen. Banana and wheat and just a touch of hop bitter. It’s a really good hefe.
