When we originally sat down with our fellow Bergen boys, we knew we wanted to brew up something fun and we knew it had to have one particularly ingredient that we are both fond of using… Lactose! Snorting Brix is an Imperial Stout brewed with piles upon piles of sweet, creamy, Lactose and conditioned on an irresponsible amount of Peanut Butter+Marshmallow Creme.

A black beer with a tan head. Aroma of sweet peanut butter, chocolate, vanilla. Taste of sweet dark chocolate malt, peanuts, brownies, vanilla, mild roasted malt.

deep dark brown, almost black colour, medium sized creamy brown head, which lasts for quite a few minutes; aroma and taste of chocolate, hazelnut, walnut, dairy cream, marshmallow, some coffee and burnt sugary/caramel notes; great one

U.S. State #34, can shared, black beer, small head that dies quickly. Aroma is malt, chocolate, hazelnut, sweet, nuts. Taste is the same, hazelnut, malt, sweet, chocolate, very nice.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 30/04/22. Black with a tan head that thins to a swirl. Nose is peanut butter, chocolate, spice, roast malts, toffee fudge, brown sugar dusting. Taste comprises sweet malts, chocolate peanut butter cup, toffee, nutty, molasses, light coffee grinds, charr. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Tidy PNB kit offered here.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Wingman. A opaque dark brown black coloured pour with a loose dark tan head. Aroma is chocolate candy bar, toasted coconut, walnut, peanut butter. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, oily, ccomut, hazelnut spread, toasted nuts, ccoonut, . Palate is semi sweet, oily, moderate carbonation. good fun.

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Opaque black color. Dark tan head is large and bubbly, but dissipates to nearly nothing. Roasted malt aroma is redolent of bittersweet chocolate and peanut butter. Sweet roasted malt flavor. More peanut butter and dark chocolate. Some noticeable booziness. Lots of lactose sweetness. Sticky mouthfeel.
