Basilikum Blonde. We love to use homegrown ingredients for our brews. The Basil we used for this beer was planted behind the brewery by our gardening expert and friend Georg. We call him now the Basil Brain :-). 'Green' in many different ways. The Basil likes the Belgian yeast and the hops are less tropical-fruity but more herbal.

Very good, dense white head over fully hazy yellow beer with a myriad mini UFO's. Basil a mile out, pesto bowl opening. Bit overpowering, leaving little else besides. Again basil (fresh - the nose being more pesto-like). Bit pale malts underneath, but not sweet. Rather light MF, well carbonated, very light slickness, as well as a bit creamy from the head. It's original. The basil tastes real. But where is the beer? Txs to Joren for bringing! From BierWelt.Tirol

Hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of belgian yeast, basil, pale malt. Taste of basil, herbal malt, belgian yeast, refreshing finish.

Can. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is basil, not too intense, pretty fresh. Taste is the same, good balance, good basil, I like! Silky mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Good!

Trübe gelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hopfiger, fruchtiger, leicht malziger Geruch. Geschmacklich hopfig, leicht malzig, fruchtig mit Basilikum und Citrus. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.
