12 ounce can taken away from the Needle and Pin, Loughborough. Dark amber/gold, clear with a good dollop of beige head. Bit hit of pine, bready malts, pomelo. There's a sweetness toothed initial taste just at first, emphasising the malt bill. An intense bitterness follows, more astringent piney resin. Man, the way these beers used to be. Intense bitter finish. Fairly full body with medium (or not quite medium) carbonation. Blown away.

Orange with a white head. Caramel malts and citrus under a candied tropical fruit note. Medium bodied. Finish is candied fruits with light bitterness. Solid.

Can shared with Morten at the end of Gloomhaven evening at MB2 13.05.26. Clear golden. Aroma of dried tropical fruits, ripe papaya, tawny marmalade, succade, pine and sweet pale malt. Lingering citrus bitterness.

Cans from House Of Trembling Madness and The Beerhive. Clear deep golden body with an off-white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of honey, orange jelly and pine. Flavour matches the aroma and has a bitter, lemony kick on the finish. Medium to full body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. A rich and hoppy DIPA. Love this. --- Beer merged from original tick of Atomic Torpedo on 19 Jul 2022 at 18:38 - Score: Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5. Original review text: Can from Cascade Club. Clear deep golden body with an off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of lemon and white sugar. Flavour of pine and orange sweets. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. It’s nice but I think I prefer regular Torpedo.

Can. Pours clear golden with a foamy off-white head, citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, bitterish citrus peel taste, faint alcohol undertones, thin body, long bitterish finish. Good DIPA.
