Buena cerveza.

0.567l can. Clear amber body with a white head. The aroma shows lots of dried fruity notes of dates and apricots so as some orange jam, grapefruit, caramel and burt sugar. Pine is there too, but it's much more prounounced in the taste. Besides pine, the sip also has notes of grapefruit, dried apricots, tangerine and caramel. Alcohol is well hidden. Pretty much how I think of a DIPA. I know Sierra Nevada has been brewing hoppy beers for more than 40 years now, but even considering how much experience they have, this beer is still on another level. You have the sweet malts at the beginning, but the finish is rather bitter. Complex and smooth. One of the top DIPAs I've ever tasted.

Bought locally, mixed 12pack, canned February 4th.
Pours a clear bright gold with a finger of foam, retention and lacing are very good.
The smell is intense pine, sweet malt, tropical fruit, alcohol.
The taste is very sweet yet has strong notes of pine and tropical fruit. Resinous, sticky bitterness, and some alcohol.
Mouthfeel is close to full bodied, I would drink this again.

Can 35,5 cl. Pours an almost clear, deep golden with a small, off-white head. Piney nose atop some caramelly malts. Rich and malty nose, some sweetness and fruit with a surprisingly subdued bitterness. A carbonation to the low side makes this alco bomb scaringly easy to drink. 130224

Can from Bierkiste. Amber, ligt haze, eggshell foam. Great oldschool citrus, light pine aroma. Medium to full chewy body, no stickiness though, chewy fruity, sparkly. Grapefruit, orange sorbet, a bit resin. Lovely summery dessert.

Can 355ml (Kihoskh, canned 07/2023) Orange-dark golden colour, mid-sized white head. Piney, fruity, bready nose. Medium-bodied. Suprisingly sweet, piney, a bit resiny with some citrus and breadyness. Classic DIPA flavours. Ok, could be freshier. --- Beer merged from original tick of Atomic Torpedo on 16 Jul 2022 at 20:41 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.
