Clear yellow blond beer, big aery off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive with nice lacing, some large flakes floating around, sediment that had come off the bottom. Looked pretty disgusting. Aroma: sweet, candi sugar, bit stale, some ripe fruits, banana. MF: lots of carbon, light body. Taste: sweet, bit of banana, alcohol (at 6.5%? way to go), little bitter. Aftertaste: a little bitter, some spiciness, bitter oranges.

Bottle from Tanakaya. Aroma of pale malts, spicy Belgian yeast, biscuits and some citrus. Fruity, it took a while before I could get juniper aroma. It’s faint. Rather pale gold witha fine, fluffy head. Juniper flavor kicks in right away, with sweet lemon, golden malts, crackers. The jenever is a bit top much, and it is a bit too sweet. Somewhat fake tasting. decent bitterness in the finish. Ok, but the jenever really doesn’t help it at all!

33cl bottle from Dranken Geers. Hazy gold with some white floaters, thickish rocky head. You can smell the extra juniper flavouring from about 2 feet away. It does smell like a gin and tonic. It’s an odd combo really. Juniper and beer. Not as awful as I first feared, but not something I would probably seek out again. It’s ok

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a fluffy white head over a hazed yellow body. Aroma of lemon, lime, gin, coriander, soda, and wheat. Taste is lemon-lime soda and gin. Fizzy mouthfeel.

Bottle from Monument Liquor in Concord, CA. BBE 06/06/09. A wee gusher. Orange blonde color with small chunks and a slight white head. Something of an evergreen aroma. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavors are evergreen and gin - juniper. Almost ginger (heh). Interesting. I’d drink it once in awhile. Malt is quite mild. Slightly astringent finish.

Slightly hazy straw colour. 7Up nose, nice artificial lime or something. Soft, some vague malts. Lots of 7Up character. A little gassy. Not awful, but this is disappointingly artificial.

Pour is a blond with a large white head. Aroma is juniper to the extreme. Almost smells more like a G&T than a beer but i still give it good points. Flavor is wierd. Some citrus and some hops and very herbal, I mean Very! I guess that the juniper berries. A very strange beer and ok for a rating i guess.
