Pours bright gold into a tulip. Fluffy white conglomerate head leaves slight sheet lacing as it recedes. Juniper aromas. Tastes like it smells with strong gin flavors from front-to-back. Slight bitterness to the finish, but mostly tastes like gin to me.

Bottle: Poured a golden amber with a bubble white head. Aroma is sweet but very pungent alcoholy smell, burns the nose. Very citrus flavor and alcohol burn finish.

Bottle. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, sweet, yeast, citrus. Flavour is fruit, sweet, yeast, citrus, orange, hint of of juniper. Exciting beer but too experimental. Still very good beer.

Bottled. A golden beer with lots of floaties and an off-white head. Citrusy nose with sweetness, tea and spices. Very citrusy flavor with soap and oranges. Full to medium body, soapy mouthfeel and a citrusy finish. It is a bit on the citrusy side, leading my thoughts to the refreshers used in urinals, but it is an ok beer. The juniper or genever was very subdued in my bottle. (070404)

Oh man WORST BEER EVER. Somebody replaced my beer with some gin and tonic. This is almost as bad as drinking water instead of Old Foghorn. I have taken maybe 5 sips from this 11.2 oz bottle and I cant stand it anymore. The aroma is the worst part - all gin and strong. .Cheap gin in fact, plastic bottle gin. Looking at it you wouldnt think it this bad. Has a light golden color with a nice frothy head in my tulip glass. But as soon as your nose goes anywhere near it, your nose hairs run away. So i try to fight threw it, like I used to with Gordon’s gin and tonic back in the day. The taste isnt as strong but still all gin. I am actually tasting this and trying not to breath. I cant, this is going down the toilet where it belongs.

Very odd beer. The juniper gives this beer a very gin like quality, and the additive is very apparant in the flavor and aroma. A 750 is a bit much, but in a small amount it is enjoyable enough and a good change. Light gold and heavily carbonated, it looks like champagne.

Draught. Nice pine and fruit aroma, a bit soapy. Slightly cloudy golden colour. Small, stable white head. Thin mouthfeel. Pilsnerlike, but with more flavour and rather nice.

Draught at Delirium Café in Gothenburg, Sweden.Light yellow color, big white head. *Unusual strong scent. Might be the Genever they spice it with. Strong initial taste, a bit perfumy and alcoholic. Big body but a bit low on the bitterness.

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear pilsener golden with a creamy, white head. Spicy nose full of juniper. Quite malty with a light sweetness. Distinct herbal - almost medicinal - notes with the juniper really shining through. Qite dry finish. The alcohol is less prominent than in the Ambrée making this easier to drink. 051205
