(Bottle 50 cl) Clear golden - no head at all. Fresh apple aroma. Medium-bodied, sweet’n’sour apple aroma ending fairly sweet. Pleasant. 291006

A light yellow cider with no head. The aroma is slightly acidic of apples. The flavor is woody with notes of apples, acid, and a lot of sweetness.

I’m not a favorite of ciders I have to say. So probably my rating is a bit subjective, but still. The main smell is like the oak vats it has been matured in. Pale yellow color, nothing special I presume. Surprisingly, the cider tastes like apple :-) Bit sour, oak conditioning is present. Bit dry palate. So what’s in a name? It’s all in the name! Oak Conditioned Strong Medium Dry. Actually what more to say?
