Bottled. Goldish blonde color, no head. Vinous aroma with oak and apple, hint of lemon. Sweetish apple flavor with a light oak character, that takes care of a dy out effect in the aftertaste. Quite drinkable and tasty.

500ml bottle. 2016 vintage. Pale yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of mellow apple, barnyard, oak. Taste is sweetish fruity apple, some funk with vanilla, caramel, oak. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, semi-dry tangy finish. Quite OK.

Bottle from Lidl, Mirfield. Paler yellow coloured cider. Its strength is hidden somewhat, with its apple dryish tasting, but also with a small sweetness to it. Its aroma also contains the sweetness found in the apple.

Golden colour. Aroma of apples. Sweet apple flavour, hint of wood. Finish light wood, apple, cigar box. Not bad - just not great either.

Bottle from Lidl and drunk on a train. As Oak Aged Medium Dry Cider. Like all Westons ciders very drinkable. Apple juice but with some character. Some sweetness but not too much. Not particularly dry either. Fine.

Bottle from Waitrose. Golden in colour with slight carbonation. Slightly farty aroma with strangely contrasting sweet apple fruit. Easy, slightly sweet drinking with a touch of wood and medium finish. Not so good.
