Bottle. Hardly any head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are apples, slightly sour, some wood as well.

clear yellow, small white head that disappears after 10 seconds. aroma dominated by sourness and vineagra. both dry and citric. behind this, some sweet apple. flavor is quite strong from alc. a little dry, sort of bitter, wood can be sensed, yeast. i would have preferred more apple and less yeasty spicyish bitterness. the faint vineagre and sourness keeps it interesting.

Bottled. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is mild apple with some notes of burnt sugar, mild fudge and also some bacon-like stuff. Flavour is quite much the same, but has some more applelike and bluecheesy notes. Kind of different twist to a cider.

Bottle 50cl @ Home.Clear light yellow color with a virtually none appearance, virtually none lacing, fully dimnishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sour apple, wood notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and vinegar notes with a average to long duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (130708)

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a thin lacing white head. Dry apple aroma, woody phenol note. Flavour is medium sweet and refreshing apple. Light wooden dryness and mild citric note following into the finish.
