Blonde, cloudy with tiny chunks of yeast. Soft grapefruit aroma. Light yeasty, milky flavor with grape juice and grapefruit. Slightly herbal, but the emphasis is on fruit. Not bad.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is wheat, mild acidic notes, some slight wood and yeasty notes as well as quite strong citrusy notes. Flavour is wheat, citrus, mild yeast, some spices and mild earthyness as well.

Reasonably clear straw colour; fluffy white head. Wheaty nose, even some lactobacillus... Brett? NICE! Outspoken wheaty acidity, but not spicey - as I like my wheatbeer. Very refreshing, typical for wheatbeer, ends tart. It’s not a Berliner Weisse yet - a bit of extra lactic acid would work wonders. But it nears, it nears... Good show from this young microbrewery.
