Zavodnički karakter nove Dogmine gracije gradili smo pažljivo. U kiselo pivo sa višnjama, dodali smo nešto više soli, i tako postigli punije telo, čime osvaja već na prvi gutljaj. Blaga slanost će zagolicati nepce, a kombinacija višanja i svežeg ruzmarina maštu.

Pours clear red color with one finger of pinkish frothy head, weak retention. Sour and rosemary aroma. Nice fruity, Sour cherry, minerally, salty, rosemary, bready base. Good fruity-spicy-salty ratio. Semi-tart finish, minerally and dry Excellent UAE o rosemary in a gose, not too much, just enough, and blends really well with the salty note. Refreshing.

Drinking this refreshing gose and light one, yesterday at home, after a nice walk in the Lavaux. This one is easy to drink, mineral, sour, malty, dry and fruity with a touch of cherry and raspberry, normal bitterness, 20.05.24

Draught, half pint. @Artbeerfest 2023, Caminha (Portugal). 14/07/2023 [#6.556 Global - #11 Serbia - #7 Dogma Brewery] Pours pinkish red with a small and diminishing pinkish head. Aroma: cherry syrup, red grapes and spiced malts. Taste: coriander, berries and red grapes. Light salty mouthfeel. Next one please!

Canned at Goblet with Hrabren, courtesy of the anonymous benefactor who doesn't like sours (thanks!). Shiny red body, pinkish head (traces thereof). Rosemary on creamy cherry notes in the aroma - pleasant! Soft, creamy taste - coriander, rosemary, cherry, lightly soapy, light salt. Actually quite okay in my book, though I do love rosemary.
