Bottle from bier-kaufen.de. Hazy dark amber.brown colour, white foam. Citrussy, banana, wheat, tart, bit watery. Ok, not the best dunkelweizen.

500 ml bottle. Pours cloudy dark brown, typical head. Earthy notes, ripe banana, estery notes, a bit chocolade and caramel. Rather bitter for a Dunkelweizen, slight malty sweetness. Soft carbonated, light bodied. Sweet acidic finish. Not bad!

Cloudy dark brown color, with a medium sized head, lasting shorter than usual weizen. Aroma is roasted malts, ash. Taste is wheat, roasted malts, some licorice. Sweetish beer, watery texture, light body. Not bad, but not the best example of the style.

Bottle. Pours cloudy dark copper brown with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with notes of banana and grain, and touches of caramel. Ditto taste. Sweetish, estery aftertaste with grainy touches. Decent.

Bottle, 5.3% as Jacob Dunkles Weissbier. Banana and ash aroma. Cloudy dark brown colour. Big stable off-white head. The flavour is mildly sweet and nicely caramelly with a low bitterness. There is some ripe banana, but not fat or really sweet. Caramelly finish. Nice and refreshing. Very good for the style.

Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass brownish, nice head. Starts fine malty, roasty, light smokey. Hints of chocolate. Well balanced finish, soft-malty. Quite drinkable. Nice!

Hazy to cloudy amber brown colour, large frothy off-white head, mostly diminising, light lacing. Aroma is wheat, banana, caramel, yeasty. Taste is medium sweet, light sourish touch, fruity, wheaty, average duration. Medium body, watery to creamy texture, soft carbonation, aftertaste is mild sweetbitter, yeasty notes, with a sourish touch at the end, a fresh and pleasant Weizen.
