Sampled from 0.5 l bottle from local ’trinkgut’, best before February 2018. Clear, dark reddish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity and a little grassy aroma of caramel, raisins and hints of straw. Moderately sweet, malty, slightly fruity taste of caramel, raisins and toasted nuts, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not bad actually!

Bottled (backlog). Goldeny amber colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal, some malts, grass and mild wooden notes. Flavour is earthy, some grassy notes, mild earth cellar and some herbs and bready malts.

Dunkel rötlichbraunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch röstmalzig, Karamell, bitter. Geschmack röstmalzig, leicht schokoladig, würzig bitterer Abgang.

Dark brown with little head. Not a lot of aroma but dark malty flavour. Very boring.

Bottle. Sweet toffee malt aroma with light astringency. Clear chestnut with moderate head. Lightly sweet toffee malt flavor with a moderately bitter dry grass finish. Okay - not bad for the price.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off white head. Aroma is roasted malty. Slight bitter, caramelish and breadish flavoured. Slight bitter and roasted malty into a dry finish.

Bottled. A dark amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and bread, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Botttle. Dark golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is caramel, malt, fruit. Flavour is caramel, malt, fruit, hint of hop, fruit. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with an off-white head. Slightly vegetal on the nose, bready, with some caramel and notes of perfume. Bready flavor with some caramel and a faint note of perfume. Dry, medium body. Some bitterness in the finish, with caramel and bread dominating. A decent beer considering it’s a discount beer. 091024

Bottle 50cl.Clear medium amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20091024]
