Bottled. Mahogany colour. Roasty and nutty, very dry. Salty and medium bodied and very well hopped with somewhat soapy mouthfeel and really bitter finish.

The aroma is sweet malty with notes of roasted bread and raisins. The color is brown and it has a fine beige head. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruit, plums, and corriander. Which gives way to a very hoppy dry end combined with hints of wood. The body is quite thin - especially for a 7% ABV beer.

Hazy chestnut; yellowish foam, fast gone. Chocolate and caramel malts in the nose. Taste are molasses and (?) cloves. Very malty and sweet, NOT cloying. Chewy, full-bodied. Nutty aftertaste. Nice try. I would have preferred something more entousiastic and less molasses.
