Erfrischend fruchtig, mit Sapienza Meisterhefe gebraut, wird ihm der Alkohol erst ganz zum Schluss entzogen – für unverfälschten Weizengenuss. Ideal für alle, die mobil bleiben wollen.

Not like a normal weizen, but as a nonalcoholic definitely great. Nice taste and a feeling of drinking beer instead of some pisswater.

trade with kimjohansen long time ago. bbf 5 sep 2010, tasted 17-jul-2011. poured clear golden with a giant smooth beige head. aroma of yeast, wheat, ripe banana, peaches.lacking alc. bitterness. flavor is yeasty, watery, faint banana, faint citric note (preservatives), watery palate and appears a bit flat. not much flavor, close to flat sparkling water. A long way from the best NA hefe weizen beers out there.

Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass deep orange, nice head. Starts a bit moldy, bready-yeasty. Modest sweet, some fruity notes in the finish. Not bad for a no-alcohol beer.

(Bottle, 0.5 l) Poured golden and hazy. Head was quire large, dense, white and half of it lasted quite long. Aroma contained stale bread and mild sourness. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were mild fruitiness, hint of clove and mild bitterness. Aftertaste was harsh and bitter.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thick orangey head. The aroma has notes of wheat as well as lighter notes of banana. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat and cardboard, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is thin.

Bottle. It pours a hazy, orange body topped by a big, dense white head that stays. Fine lacings too. Banana, some notes of cellar, and a little spicy touch on the nose. Not much wheaty. Banana and some cloves in the mouth, not much wheat here either, but some bitterness shows up in the finish. There’s some cloves and banana there too. Quite thin on the body. If I had to drink and drive, this could be the choice, but I would probably go for something else than NA beer. (090415)
