Bottle.Clear yellow colour with large white head.Aroma of yeast and grass livly taste taste a bit like dry white wine mild gassy finish.

Draft, 150ml. @Malte Atochas, A Coruña. 01/05/2023 [#6.087 Global - #82 France - #7 Brasserie Sacrilege] Pours golden, lively carbonation, lasting white head. Aroma: brett, lemon zest and hay. Taste: zesty and mineral. Balanced acidity, bit harsh funk. Next one please!
