Unpasteurized, unfiltered top-fermented natural blond beer. Fresh and fruity new styke IPA inspired by the contemporary and modern architecture found in the Paleiskwartier, the district our brewery is located. The original IPA beers where heavily hopped and included extra heavy yeast to preserve the beer after the long journey to India. Our PIPA has a high aroma from which you can taste citrus, grapefruit and lemongrass.
