Bottled 20.09.01: beer gushes out of the bottle. Dark red color with a small head. Blackcurrant all over, earthy and dusty aroma and flavor. Slight sourness. Thin and fairly bitter. The yeastiness dominates the beer and spoils the flavor.

An unclear amber beer with a small white head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of berries - which matches the flavor pretty much.

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, pretty amber colour with a fine, creamy head that leaves a fine lacework. Lovely berry-aromas. Lightly sweet berry-flavours with a dry finish. Soft and very pleasant fruit beer. 280705

Hazy red color, small pinkish head. Aroma is mostly blackcurrant indeed, some spices. Sweet fruity taste and palate, although the fruitiness is not as abundant as i expected.

Beautiful deep pink-orange, clear; pinkish foam, slowly disappearing despite lively bubbling. Nose definitely blackcurrant (=zwarte bessen), as well as a spicy touch. Soft sweet, with sourish, very fruity surrounding. Fine fruity flavours of cassis, raspberry and citrus (lemon). Spicy finish (nutmeg, Laos-root). Light, but very refreshing, dry finish, with long fruity aftertaste. Bravo - after a few very bad cases, a proof that an extra-small brewery, originating in homebrewery, can make something very wort(h)wile. I want more of them!
