Hou je zeepaardjes vast!! Zout en zuur whaaaa???? De middeleeuwse kick in onze Peach Gose is de zee zelf. Ja, de kenmerkende zoute smaak in dit ongefilterde zure tarwebier komt van de brakke zee in onze eigen achtertuin. Vervolgens hebben we er wat perziken aan toegevoegd voor de sappige warme weersomstandigheden. Al met al is onze Gose net zo zout als een lichte biscuit, zo turbulent als de winterzwellingen en zo roze als een zeester. Aye-aye, kapitein!

330ml can. Hazy, orange, bright golden colour with average, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Weak, mildly tangy, mineral and minimally fruity aroma, hints of peach, salt, a touch of sour wheat malt. Taste is mildly tart, tangy, mineral and slightly fruity, notes of salt, hints of peach, a touch of lactic acid. Minimally creamy, watery texture, minimally astringent palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Light, refreshing, a bit cautious - OK.
