Don’t come expecting a pastry, you wont find it here. Extremely simple at it’s core. A traditional representation of pale ale malt, flaked oats and roasted barley. That’s it. Roasty, creamy, low ABV deliciousness that will make you appreciate the little things.

Aromas are toast, cocoa, dark mouth with a bit of molasses. Flavors are similar to nose, with good balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. A bit of tobacco in the finish and nice stuff.

Pint can from Niemuth’s, 4/6/23. Dark brown, thin brown head, average retention. Aroma of roast, earth. Taste is roast, dark chocolate, cherry, earth. A bit thin. Solid bitterness. Needs some tweaking but its solid.
