Fruition is our series of fruit forward mixed fermentation hazy sours, showcasing both locally sourced seasonal Scottish and exotic fruits. We aged our hazy sour over masses of locally picked super ripe and juicy Elsanta and Sonata strawberries. Smooth and full bodied, bursting with sweet fruit and refreshing acidity, finishing with hints of honey and sherbet. The perfect balance of sweet and juicy. This is Strawberry Crush.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - deep pink to red and cloudy. Pink/white head. Nose - rich but natural strawberry. Underlying funkiness. Taste - more of the same. Light tartness coming from the strawberry but more from the yeast. Funky edge again. Palate - close to medium bodied, fairly rich initially, then funky and tart through the middle and finish. Overall - strawberry is not my favourite fruit to be added to a beer, but this is good.
