Een krachtige bier om de eerste herfst stormen te doorstaan. In de traditie van Nederlandse bokbieren valt onze bokbier op door haar stevige smaak. Zeker niet overdreven zoet!
This is a very malty beer with a light sweetness but also a floral aroma because of its hop profile. A refreshing beer for spring – or even just throughout the whole year.

Bottle from ABC Beers, Den Haag. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thick frothy white head. The aroma is of malt and banana. The flavour is medium to weak bitter with plenty of malt and not too much else. The bitterness hits the palate and stays around in the aftertaste. A drinkable beer, but no classic.

On tap @ the brewery. This is a cloudy plum-brown colored one with a medium sized light beige top. Light smoked and sweet on the aroma. Not so much directly sweet, but in a subtle malty way. It's fruity. I get some traces of red fruits and caramelized dried fruits. Not extreme but alright. It's soft and gentle oily on the mouthfeel with a average carbonation level. Sweet and smoky in the taste also. Really easy to drink. Ham and salmon in the finish here and a soft banana sweetness hint in the aftertaste. 27.09.2012

Very slight haze on this amber beer. Yeasty nose. Light dry palate. Dry creamy malt with a yeasty tang and a subtle orange note. Finishes very frothy and with a pinch of spice. Not bad.

Had this one at KBC ’11 Den Bosch. Was one of my first beers that day, since my name is André and i just couldn’t wait. The beer was quite okay, though it smelled a bit weird.

Had this at KBC Festival Den Bosch 2011. Color is dark orange, leaning towards light amber. Not a very nice smell. Taste not very good either. Palate is good though, nice carbonation.
