Citra and Mosaic pale with a well balanced semi sweetness and bitterness.

Clear yellow colour with thin head. Aroma has light tropical fruit, perhaps some mango. Flavour too. Some diacetyl which is not so nice for the mouthfeel but that's all gone in time for a fairly clean finish and dry aftertaste.
