*Rating overgezet* het is een troebel bruin bier met een volle schuimkraag. Het heeft een gebrande moutige met tonen van caramel. De smaak is moutig, gebrand, met tonen van caramel en pruimen.

Bottle. Vinous, dusty, malty aroma with a touch of roasted malt. malty, roasty, vinous flavor with rosebuds, raisin and porto. Thin to medium bodied. Surprisingly good, though not perfect.

Bottle @ home as De Roos Meibock 6,6%. --Even though it says Meibock I don’t think it’s a different beer so that’s why I have rated it under this one. Also the label looks like they just put this one on when it’s spring and "a regular bock-label" when it’s fall.-- Anyway. Hazy amber color, medium to full sized off-white head that diminishes after a short while. Smell and taste malts, perhaps a hint of caramel, slightly butter, yeast and leaves. It’s a hard to describe flavor, yet a very common one in mediocre beers without major flaws. Guess that says it all doesn’t it..
