Bottle from Rheged. Appearance - deep amber to red with a nice fluffy head. Nose - plums and some orange tang. General cake. Some spices. Taste - tangy dried fruit. Prunes and citrus again. Ginger bread at the back. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy yet crunchy texture and a long dry crunchy finish. Overall - a nice complex bitter.
