This is what happens when you lager an already fruity saison on some rhubarb from the garden. Some rhubarb in the nose and a dash of funk in the taste. From outer space!

Draught Small, just off-white head, stable, over (cold)hazed ochre-golden beer. Very yeasty, wild yeasts, ginger, sucade, rhubarb. Sweet-sour. More citrus than rhubarb, however. Same flavours as above aromas. Acidthinning and -burn, well carbonated, dry-out effect. The rhubarb gives dryness, acidity, but not a lot of complexity.

Pale yellow colour with thin head. The base seems to be a fairly sweet and plain Saison. There is a slight tangy note. Not really identifiable as Rhubarb though.
