5.5% - Rusty brown colour with some haze from the oak barrel. Nice full flavour. Juicy apple with just a little tartness. I expected more tannin effect from the barrel.

Bottle from KWM. Appearance - deep amber colour with steady carbonation. Nose - oaky, dry apples and apple skins. Taste - dry oaky again but with stewed apples this time. Palate - close to medium bodied, rich fruity with a dry, tangy and oaky finish. Overall - a bit austere but good.

Dark yellow colour. Powerful nice apple aroma. Dry apple flavor with some oak notes. Long nice finish. Oily palate.

Bottle from KWM Wines. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are apples, wood, fruits, sluphur and has a nice apple finish.

Bottle from KWM Wines. Clear dark golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, apples, fruity, light tart and wood. Flavor is medium sweet. Light dry finish. 091119
