Tasmanian Dive has a malt structure that features Golden Promise and Oat Malt, it is then fermented with New England yeast to unlock all the goodness from our choice of 2, Australian beauties: Galaxy and Eclipse. Both added generously in a lukewarm whirpool infusion and in biotransformation in both formats: pellets and Spectrum. Big notes of Peach, Grapefruit, Passionfruit, Citrus and fresh Mandarin, creamy white and persistent head and a good dose of alcohol warmth are all in this new fresh release from Lough Gill Brewery.
