A 'Smaller Stout' that we ran off during the same brew session for our 13% ABV Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. A smooth, refined, easy drinking classic.
Apparently sharks were always called 'Sea Dogs' around our coastline but then they got named AFTER people who were known as loan sharks!

Very dark brown with quick fading head. Nice aroma with coffee and dark chocolate notes. Flavour starts out the same. Nicely roasty. A bit watery though, not much aftertaste.
