Nelson/Talus/Citra - A soft pillowy sour IPA. Brewed on a pillowy light base of pilsner malt, wheat, oats and rice. Hopped with fresh Nelson Sauvin, Talus and Citra then co-fermented with an sour producing yeast and a wine yeast. In the glass it's bags of grapefruit, sweet apple and a hint of elderflower with a fun, gentle acidity

Pale yellow with a short head. Aroma of citrus wheat. Flavour is wheat kernels, candy citrus, light bitter citrus finish.

Straw colour with thin soapy head. Aroma is fruity, sweet tropical fruits. Starts with a hint of caramelised tropical fruit then freshens up with a bitter hop bite and a sharp, slightly sour tang.
