The single barrel series continues as we approach winter and the alcohol levels begin to creep up! This strong ale was one of our first few brews in early 2020 but a recipe we have been fine tuning for many years.
Beautiful autumnal orange in colour with a funky nose of oak and sweet plums. It hides the alcohol well on the tongue with a smooth and lingering sharpness.

Rusty orange colour with thin head and low carbonation. Immediate hit of wild funky yeast and red fruits. Also something of a caramelised strawberry. Sweet and sour. Really deep and fruity.
