Our Winter Seasonal is a full and robust Porter, with a very complex malt flavour provided by the blend of three dark malts, alongside rye malt, and a hint of beech smoked malt. Traditional English hops in the kettle and whirlpool lend it a clean bitterness, which gives way to notes of coffee, chocolate, toasted malt, and wood smoke, with the classic English hop, Fuggles, providing a medium-dry finish.

Very dark brown with lasting head. Aroma and flavour are strong with dark malts. There's a light smokiness and a touch of coffee. Nice clean, dry finish.
