Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. Created with 10 different malts to bring a complex and rich mouthful. Hopped with British and American hops to create floral and blackcurrant notes to compliment the malt base. Aged in bourbon barrels for 9 months to impart flavours of vanilla and sweet spices.

Black with creamy head. Aroma and flavour have a light red fruit sweetness next to the roasted bitter malts and dark chocolate. Good quality. Bourbon is hard to find though. Feels lighter than 9%.
