A fruity blonde with hints of grapes and grapefruit pithiness in the flavour. Predominant use of calypso at the bittering stage gives a good tart bitterness which builds to a really good bitter finish

Pale blond colour with lasting lacy head. Aroma and flavour have pale sweet malts. A bit soapy and buttery. Maybe not ok.
